An Analysis of Teaching Dhamma of Phrathera in Lampang Province

Abstract
The thematic paper consisted of 2 objectives: 1) to study teaching Buddhism of the remarkable Buddhist monks in Lampang province, and 2) to analyze the teaching methods of those monks. The results revealed that:
For the Luang Por Kasem Khemako’s teaching methods, he teaches his followers to focus on learning the dharma puzzles discovered by him. If one can learn and solve the dharma puzzles, wisdom will happen for that one, making living happily. Besides, he generally teaches by ways of letter writing for better understanding. In case of the Phra Bhaddantadhammānanda-thera Aggaramahāpandita’s teaching methods, he is a prototype of Yai (huge) Pali teaching in Thailand. He is a Myanmar monk, exerting in the Pali grammar teaching leading to investigation of the Tipiṭaka in a good way.
Last, the different teaching methods of the both monks can be analyzed that everyone can apply the dharma puzzles and Yai Pali teaching for their lives properly. There are Buddha- dhammas underlying in the dharma puzzles and Yai Pali teaching intimately. Considering carefully, one can recognize the value and the meaning of good lives from the teaching methods, and can put into practice in daily life. Besides, one can apply their knowledge to research Buddha-dhamma in the Tipitaka precisely.
