ชีวการเมืองดิจิทัลและกลไกสอดส่องของรัฐสมัยใหม่: การวิเคราะห์เชิงปรัชญาการเมืองต่อระบบการประเมินพลเมืองด้วยข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาวิเคราะห์เชิงวิพากษ์ต่อสัญญวิทยาเชิงโครงสร้างของระบบการประเมินและจัดอันดับพฤติกรรมพลเมืองด้วยเทคโนโลยีข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ของรัฐร่วมสมัย และ 2) เพื่อพัฒนามโนทัศน์ชีวอำนาจระดับอนุภาคเชิงข้อมูลในฐานะกรอบทฤษฎีอธิบายพลวัตอำนาจสอดส่องร่วมสมัย การศึกษาใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยวิธีการทบทวนวรรณกรรมเชิงลึกร่วมกับการวิเคราะห์เชิงตรรกะและสัญญวิทยาเชิงวิพากษ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อำนาจรัฐในปัจจุบันก้าวข้ามการควบคุมทางกายภาพของสถาบันปิดแบบเดิม แต่แผ่ขยายอภิบาลผ่านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานดิจิทัลที่เข้าควบคุมร่างกายและจิตสำนึกของมนุษย์ในระดับอนุภาค ระบบประเมินพฤติกรรมทำหน้าที่ควบคุมพลเมืองในระดับรหัสผ่านทางสังคมและคัดแยกสิทธิ์ตามเกณฑ์การยอมรับกฎเกณฑ์ ส่งผลให้พลเมืองสูญเสียเจตจำนงเสรีและเผชิญภาวะจำยอมเชิงชีวภาพโดยไม่รู้ตัวอันเนื่องมาจากการลิดรอนสิทธิเชิงภววิทยาอย่างเงียบงัน ข้อค้นพบเชิงทฤษฎีจากการศึกษานี้นำเสนอมโนทัศน์ชีวอำนาจระดับอนุภาคเชิงข้อมูลเพื่อขยายพรมแดนความเข้าใจเชิงวิพากษ์ต่อนวัตกรรมสอดส่องของรัฐ และเสนอข้อคิดเห็นเชิงนโยบายเพื่อสถาปนาอธิปไตยเหนือข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของพลเมืองไทยท่ามกลางความท้าทายของเทคโนโลยีในศตวรรษที่ยี่สิบเอ็ดอย่างยั่งยืน
