Abstract

In taking care of mental health, the Lord Buddha said: The normalstate of the human mind will “Phraphatsa is bright and pure.” But becauseof the enveloping desires it makes the mind miserable, not bright, and not strong. When something touches my heart, I will be shaken by that thing. such as causing some anger Or sometimes there is suffering too much sadness or stress at work, these things can all cause sickness.


Taking care of mental health to return to normal, which is pure and bright, can be done by accumulating merit by giving alms, keeping precepts, praying, meditating, listening to the Dharma, etc. These are the daily routines of the four Buddhist companies that must be performed regularly. Already Spiritual well-being is one of the most important dimensions in holistic healthcare. It is a feeling deep within a person’s mind that shows a state of peace,happiness, and strength. in mind accepting the truth Have goals in life, havehope, accept and be satisfied with what is.


To feel confident in their relationship with something sacred or what they hold Elderly people with spiritual well-being are the ones who use their consciousness and consciousness to consider the problems that arise. accept what is see life as valuable and can accept the truth of the physical condition that occurs in life well.
