บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาหลักพุทธธรรมที่ใช้ในการบริหารจัดการกองทุนสวัสดิการตามแนวทางพระพุทธศาสนา 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพบริบท ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการบริหารจัดการกองทุนสวัสดิการชุมชนตำบลน้ำชำ อำเภอสูงเม่น จังหวัดแพร่ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาการประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธธรรมในการบริหารจัดการกองทุนสวัสดิการ ชุมชนตำบลน้ำชำ อำเภอสูงเม่น จังหวัดแพร่ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผ่านการสืบสอบเชิงตีความ จากกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 15 ท่าน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) หลักพุทธธรรมที่เป็นแกนกลางคือ ไตรสิกขา ซึ่งมิได้ทำหน้าที่เป็นเพียงชุดศีลธรรมส่วนบุคคล แต่คือสถาปัตยกรรมทางจริยศาสตร์ ในการจัดระเบียบสังคม (2) บริบทของกองทุนน้ำชำเผชิญกับสภาวะลักลั่นระหว่างภาวะจำยอมเชิงโครงสร้าง และความพยายามสถาปนาอธิปไตยของชุมชน โดยมีอุปสรรคสำคัญคือภาวะฝืดเคืองเชิงญาณวิทยา ในการสื่อสารสาระของสวัสดิการ และ (3) การประยุกต์ใช้พุทธธรรมสามารถแปรสภาพ ìทุนเงินตราî ให้กลายเป็น ìทุนทางจริยธรรมî ผ่านกลไกธรรมนาภิบาล ที่เปลี่ยนนิยามสวัสดิการจากการสงเคราะห์เชิงเทคนิคสู่การสร้างความมั่นคงเชิงภววิทยา อันส่งผลให้ชุมชนสามารถดำรงศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์ท่ามกลางความผันผวนของโลกสมัยใหม่ได้อย่างยั่งยืน
