Abstract

This research aimed to study problems, needs, and theories of ethical literacy for Pre-Service Teachers based on global education context. The samples were of Faculty of Education students, Suan Dusit University, Lampang Campus, studying at the bachelor's degree. The overview methodology used in this research is qualitative research using measurement of ethical knowledge for teaching professional students and various interpretations to obtain perfect data, study and analyze the data from the documents by reviewing concepts, theories. The statistical data were synthesized by content analysis and summarized for the intended objectives. The results found that problems, needs, and theories of ethical perception for teacher education students based on global education context is teaching innovations available in educational, institutions are not consistent with student learning management, teaching about ethics that is taught in the traditional way It doesn't make children in the digital age interested and the content of ethics is not suitable for the age of the learners, causing the learners to have inaccurate knowledge. Therefore, there is a need to change teachers from the traditional format to teachers in a hybrid teaching context (Hybrid Learning) with skills in acquiring knowledge that is up to date with world changes based on the use of digital innovation. and to solve the problem of inequality in technology use among students.
