Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- Originality and Exclusivity: The submission has not been previously published, nor is it currently before another journal or proceedings for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in the Comments to the Editor).
- File Format: The submission file is in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) document file format.
- Language and Formatting: The manuscript is written in clear English, Chinese, or Thai, and the text adheres strictly to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- Reference Requirement: The reference list contains a minimum of 10 items formatted according to the required citation style.
- Publication Ethics: The manuscript complies with all ethical standards, including the absence of plagiarism, data fabrication, or unacknowledged conflicts of interest. All listed authors have substantially contributed to the work and approved the final submitted version.
- Conference Coordination and Payment Acknowledgment: The author(s) acknowledge that all communications regarding conference registration, presentation details, and publication fees must be directed exclusively to the secretary of the respective conference, rather than through this online submission system.
