Abstract

With the widespread application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in the healthcare sector, medical organizations in China are undergoing unprecedented transformations. AI significantly improves organizational efficiency by enhancing diagnostic accuracy, optimizing treatment plans, and increasing the personalization of medical services. This study explores the impact of AI integration on the efficiency of medical organizations in China from both theoretical and practical perspectives. Theoretically, this research enriches the study of the relationship between technology integration and organizational effectiveness. Practically, it provides empirical support and policy recommendations for the effective integration of AI in Chinese medical organizations.
