Public participation in the preparation of local development plans of San Kamphaeng Subdistrict Municipality San Kamphaeng District Chiang Mai Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study people's participation in the preparation of local development plans of San Kamphaeng Subdistrict Municipality. San Kamphaeng District 2) A comparative study of people's participation in the preparation of local development plans of San Kamphaeng Subdistrict Municipality. San Kamphaeng District Chiang Mai Province quantitative research The random sampling population used in this research was 400 people residing in the San Kamphaeng Subdistrict Municipality Area as eligible voters. The results of the research showed that 1) people's participation in the local development plan of San Kamphaeng Subdistrict Municipality. San Kamphaeng District Chiang Mai Province Overall, it was at a moderate level. 2) The hypothesis testing results showed that The samples with different ages, occupations, average incomes and residences had participation of the people in the preparation of the local development plan of San Kamphaeng Subdistrict Municipality. San Kamphaeng District Chiang Mai Province The difference was statistically significant at the .05 level.
