The Development of a System to Promote the Learning Management English Subjects for Students in of Schools under the Suphanburi Secondary Educational Service Area

Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the perspectives of administrators, instructors, and educational technologists regarding the management of English learning for Mathayomsuksa 1 students in the Suphanburi Secondary Educational Service Area. Additionally, it seeks to develop, validate, and present an English learning management system specifically designed for these students. The research sample consists of 15 educational personnel who were selected for data collection through in-depth interviews and questionnaires.
The research findings indicate that the implementation of the DBLC database system development cycle and class diagram is essential for promoting the management of English language learning for Mathayom 1 students in educational institutions under the Suphanburi Secondary Educational Service Area. Additionally, it is crucial to address the need for qualified English language teachers or provide training to enhance their teaching skills, particularly in utilizing online tools for teaching English subjects. Furthermore, personnel in educational institutions under the Suphanburi Secondary Educational Service Area play a significant role in facilitating the management of English language learning for secondary school students. It is noteworthy that the overall satisfaction level with the management promotion system is high, with a mean score of 4.41 (S.D.=0.52).
