บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) วิเคราะห์และบูรณาการหลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนาและหลักจริยธรรมสากลกับกรอบทักษะการบริหารองค์กรทั้ง 10 ทักษะในหลักสูตร SMART LEADER KIDS (2) นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำสำหรับเด็กอายุ 10-15 ปี โดยผ่านการบูรณาการระหว่างจิตวิทยาการศึกษาสมัยใหม่กับหลักธรรมที่เป็นสากล และ (3) เสนอตัวชี้วัดเชิงบูรณาการสำหรับการประเมินผลที่ครอบคลุมทั้งมิติทางปัญญา อารมณ์ และจริยธรรม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ทักษะทั้ง 10 ด้านในหลักสูตร SMART LEADER KIDS มีความสอดคล้องผ่านการบูรณาการกับหลักธรรมพื้นฐานสำหรับการพัฒนาตนและสังคม การบูรณาการดังกล่าวไม่เพียงช่วยเสริมความลึกทางจริยธรรมแก่กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ แต่ยังทำให้เด็กพัฒนาทักษะภาวะผู้นำบนรากฐานของคุณธรรมอย่างยั่งยืน ซึ่งให้ผลลัพธ์ที่เหนือกว่าการสอนทักษะโดยปราศจากฐานคุณธรรมรองรับ เพราะผู้เรียนได้พัฒนาทั้ง “ทักษะภายนอก” และ “เข็มทิศภายใน” ไปพร้อมกัน ทั้งนี้ หลักสูตรที่บูรณาการหลักธรรมพื้นฐานเพื่อพัฒนาตนและสังคมดังกล่าว จะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาผู้นำที่มีทั้งความเป็นเลิศทางปัญญาและความดีงามทางคุณธรรม ซึ่งตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของสังคมไทยและสังคมโลกในศตวรรษที่ 21
