ระบบการจัดการฝึกอบรมธรรมศึกษาผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่น “พุทธัง ออนไลน์” สำหรับครูพระสอนศีลธรรม ในสำนักเรียนคณะเขตทวีวัฒนา กรุงเทพมหานคร

The Training Management System Of “Buddhaṃ Online” Application For Morality Teachers Of Buddhist Schools In Thawi Watthana District, Bangkok, Thailand

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่อง “ระบบการจัดการฝึกอบรมธรรมศึกษาผ่านแอปพลิเคชั่น “พุทธัง ออนไลน์” สำหรับครูพระสอนศีลธรรม เป็นการวิจัยแบบวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์ (๑) เพื่อศึกษาระบบการจัดการฝึกอบรมในคัมภีร์พระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาท (๒) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการจัดการฝึกอบรมธรรมศึกษาผ่านแอปพลิเคชั่น “พุทธัง ออนไลน์” (๓) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบการจัดการฝึกอบรมธรรมศึกษาผ่านแอปพลิเคชั่น “พุทธัง ออนไลน์” โดยใช้เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถาม และโปรแกรมประยุกต์เพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ “พุทธัง ออนไลน์”

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

การออกแบบระบบการจัดการฝึกอบรมธรรมศึกษา “พุทธัง ออนไลน์” แบ่งออกเป็น ๗ ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ (๑) ขั้นตอนการวิเคราะห์สภาพปัญหาและอุปสรรค (๒) ขั้นตอนการศึกษารูปแบบโปรแกรมประยุกต์สำหรับระบบการจัดการฝึกอบรมธรรมศึกษา (๓) ขั้นตอนการเตรียมการก่อนการออกแบบชุดฝึกอบรมธรรมศึกษา (๔) ขั้นตอนการออกแบบระบบและวางแผนที่เว็บไซต์ (๕) การทดลองใช้ระบบการอบรมธรรมศึกษากับนักเรียนที่ไม่ใช่กลุ่มทดลอง (๖) การอบรมวิธีการใช้โปรแกรมประยุกต์เพื่อการอบรมธรรมศึกษาให้กับครูสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร (๗) การนำระบบการจัดการฝึกอบรมธรรมศึกษาไปใช้กับกลุ่มทดลอง  

ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของ “พุทธัง ออนไลน์” สำหรับครูพระสอนศีลธรรม แบ่งการประเมินประสิทธิภาพ ออกเป็น ๓ กลุ่ม ได้แก่ (๑) การทดลองใช้โปรแกรมประยุกต์กับนักศึกษาธรรมศึกษาชั้นตรี วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพงษ์สวัสดิ์ ซึ่งไม่ใช่พื้นที่ทดลอง พบว่า ผู้อบรมส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นต่อระบบการจัดการฝึกอบรมธรรมศึกษา อยู่ในระดับดี ( = 4.44, S.D. =0.41) (๒) ประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกอบรมธรรมศึกษา จากความคิดเห็นของครูผู้ผ่านการอบรม พบว่า ประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.11, SD =1.030) และ (๓) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ มีความเห็นว่ามีประสิทธิภาพของระบบโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.05, SD =0.836)

การประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบ เพื่อต้องการศึกษาสภาพปัญหาของระบบ ข้อจำกัด อุปสรรค และผลลัพธ์ที่เกิดขึ้น ซึ่งโดยรวมผลลัพธ์ของระบบสามารถนำไปขยายผลและใช้งานได้ ดังนั้น ระบบการจัดการฝึกอบรมธรรมศึกษาผ่านแอปพลิเคชั่น “พุทธัง ออนไลน์” จึงสอดคล้องกับพระครูโกศลธรรมรัตน์ (ประพันธ์ จิตฺตกโร) แนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาจำนวนพระสอนธรรมศึกษาไม่เพียงพอ และสอดคล้องกับกมลาศ ภูวชนาธิพงษ์ ในการปรับปรุงเนื้อหาหลักสูตรให้ง่ายต่อความเข้าใจผ่านระบบการจัดการเรียนสมัยใหม่ และสอดคล้องกับธนาธร ทะนานทอง ที่เห็นว่าการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีจะเป็นสังคมออนไลน์ทางด้านการศึกษารูปแบบใหม่ในอนาคต

ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกอบรมธรรมศึกษา จากข้อมูลแบบสอบถามที่ได้จากครูโรงเรียนคลองทวีวัฒนา (ทองน่วมอนุสรณ์) สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน ๕ คน ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล พบว่า มีประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง แสดงให้เห็นถึงการเปิดรับเทคโนโลยีใหม่ของครูผู้สอน แต่เนื่องจากระบบการจัดการฝึกอบรมธรรมศึกษาผ่านแอปพลิเคชั่น “พุทธัง ออนไลน์” เป็นนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนา หรือเป็นระบบต้นแบบ ซึ่งอยู่ในช่วงของการทดลองใช้ ดังนั้น ครูผู้สอนจึงให้คะแนนประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพ ของระบบการจัดการฝึกอบรมธรรมศึกษาผ่านแอปพลิเคชั่น “พุทธัง ออนไลน์” สำหรับครูพระสอนศีลธรรมในสำนักเรียนคณะเขตทวีวัฒนา กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน ๕ คน ได้ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบ พบว่า การประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบการจัดการฝึกอบรมธรรมศึกษาผ่านแอปพลิเคชั่น “พุทธัง ออนไลน์” สำหรับครูพระสอนศีลธรรมในสำนักเรียนคณะเขตทวีวัฒนา กรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความเห็นว่ามีประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก สอดคล้องกับภูวดล บัวบางพลู แสดงให้เห็นถึงประสิทธิภาพของระบบการจัดการฝึกอบรมธรรมศึกษามีประสิทธิภาพที่นำไปใช้ได้

การทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า สมมติฐานข้อที่ ๑ ครูผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมด้วยชุดฝึกอบรมธรรมศึกษา อยู่ในระดับดี ดังนั้นจึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐาน ส่วนสมมติฐานข้อที่ ๒ ประสิทธิภาพของระบบการจัดการฝึกอบรมธรรมศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมากขึ้นไป ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน ดังนั้น จึงยอมรับสมมติฐาน

Abstract

The research titled “The Management System of Dhamma Study Training through the 'Buddhang Online' Application for Dhamma Teacher Monks” is a research and development study with the following objectives: (1) to study the training management system in Theravada Buddhist scriptures, (2) to develop the Dhamma study training management system through the "Buddhang Online" application, and (3) to evaluate the effectiveness of the Dhamma study training management system through the "Buddhang Online" application. The tools used were interviews, questionnaires, and the "Buddhang Online" application for learning management.

The research findings indicate that the design of the Dhamma study training management system through the "Buddhang Online" application consists of seven steps: (1) analyzing current problems and obstacles, (2) studying application models for the Dhamma study training management system, (3) preparing before designing the Dhamma training set, (4) designing the system and planning the website layout, (5) testing the Dhamma study training system with non-target students, (6) training Bangkok teachers on how to use the application for Dhamma study training, and (7) implementing the Dhamma study training management system with the target group.

The evaluation of the effectiveness of "Buddhang Online" for Dhamma teacher monks was divided into three groups: (1) the trial use of the application with junior Dhamma students at Pongsawat Technology College, a non-trial area, where the majority of trainees rated the Dhamma study training management system as good (X̅ = 4.44, S.D. = 0.41), (2) the effectiveness of the Dhamma training set from the perspective of trained teachers, which was rated as moderate overall (X̅ = 3.11, S.D. = 1.030), and (3) experts' opinions, which rated the overall system effectiveness as high (X̅ = 4.05, S.D. = 0.836).

Evaluation of the System's Effectiveness

The evaluation aimed to study the system's problems, limitations, obstacles, and outcomes. Overall, the system's results are applicable and expandable. Therefore, the “Buddhang Online” application-based Dhamma study training management system aligns with Phra Kru Kosol Thammarat’s (Praphan Jittakaro) approach to addressing the shortage of Dhamma study teachers. It also aligns with Kamalas Phuwachanathipong’s effort to simplify curriculum content through modern learning management systems and Tanathorn Thananthong’s view that technology-based education will become a new form of online education in the future.

Effectiveness Evaluation of the Dhamma Study Training Modules

Based on questionnaire data from five teachers at Khlong Thaweewattana School (Thongnuam Anusorn) under Bangkok’s administration, the overall effectiveness was rated as moderate. This indicates the teachers' openness to new technology. However, since the “Buddhang Online” training management system is an innovative prototype for Buddhist education, currently in the trial phase, the teachers rated its effectiveness as moderate.

Expert Evaluation of the “Buddhang Online” Training Management System

Five experts evaluated the effectiveness of the “Buddhang Online” training management system for Buddhist ethics teachers in the Thaweewattana district of Bangkok. They found the system's overall effectiveness to be high, consistent with the findings of Phuwadon Buabangphlu, indicating that the system’s training management effectiveness is practical for implementation.

The hypothesis testing found that the first hypothesis, stating that teachers trained with the Dhamma training set would perform well, was rejected as the results showed moderate performance in all aspects. The second hypothesis, stating that the effectiveness of the Dhamma study training management system would be high, was accepted as the results indicated the highest level of effectiveness in all aspects.
