Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the service-oriented leadership of educational institution administrators. in the Phaya Si Khiaw School Group, Sikhio District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province 2) to compare the service-minded leadership of school administrators In the Phaya Si Khiaw School Group, Sikhio District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province Classified by educational level Work experience Sample group used in research There are 96 educational institution administrators and teachers in the Phaya Si Khiao School Group, Sikhio District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. There were 96 people. The sample size was determined according to Krejci and Morgan's table. and stratified random sampling. The tool used in the research was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a consistency index between 0.67 - 1.00 and a confidence value of 0.96. The research results found that
