Abstract

           The objectives of this research were 1) to study the management of teamwork among school administrators in the Sri Song Rak zone group. Under the Loei Provincial Office Of Learning Encouragement. 2) To compare the teamwork management of school administrators in the Sri Song Rak zone group. Under the Loei Provincial Office Of Learning Encouragement, classified by position and work experience. The sample group used in the research was educational institution administrators. and teachers of educational institutions in the Sri Song Rak zone group Under the Loei Provincial Office Of Learning Encouragement, in the academic year 2023, the number is 59 people. The sample size was determined according to Krejci and Morgan's table. and cluster random sampling. The tool used in the research was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a consistency index between 0.67 -1.00 and a confidence value of the entire questionnaire equal to .97. Statistics used for analysis Data includes frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and t-test (t-test)
