Abstract

This research article contains three objectives (1) to study the rights and freedom philosophy and (2) to analyze the rights and freedoms of animals. It was found that the philosophy of rights and liberties is that human beings are a type of animal. and has evolved to survive or survive and human beings in a religious view will have the belief that Human beings are born with dignity. Or what other animals cannot have or learn is intelligence. And here intelligence is the stimulus that enables humans to defend themselves to have their rights and freedoms in society. of the human therefore had to go back and look at What is it that humans have not seen since the earliest days of cultivating knowledge? and what distinguishes humans and animals Whereas birth, existence, and death are so-called ordinary natures that nothing else can escape. And should anything that transcend all human beings in metaphysics, ethics or morals should be called equal freedoms of all things?
