INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS

Abstract

This research aimed 1) to study the level of innovative leadership of school administrators in secondary schools, and 2) to compare these leadership levels based on personal factors, including gender, age, and work experience. The sample consisted of 260 school administrators and teachers within the Benjavirote United Campus, under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2, obtained through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire with the Content Validity (IOC=1.00) and high reliability(α=0.978) . Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA. The results of the study showed that 1) The overall innovative leadership of school administrators was at a high level. When considering each individual aspect, all dimensions were also found to be at a high level. 2) The comparison of innovative leadership, categorized by gender, age, and work experience, revealed no statistically significant differences.
