Abstract

Teacher Teamwork in Schools in the Digital Era summarizes the definition, significance, principles, components, changes in work practices in the digital era, teachers' roles, digital technologies that support teamwork, and approaches to developing teacher teamwork in schools. The article is based on the analysis and synthesis of documents, concepts, theories, and research from both domestic and international sources. Teacher teamwork in schools in the digital era is a process in which teachers and educational personnel collaboratively establish goals, plan, perform tasks, exchange knowledge, and jointly develop teaching and learning management through communication, cooperation, participation, trust, and the use of digital technologies as tools to support collaborative work. The fundamental principles of teacher teamwork include shared goals, effective communication, participative decision-making, acceptance of members' roles and responsibilities, and the establishment of trust. The essential components of teacher teamwork consist of five dimensions: goal setting, communication, cooperation and participation, appropriate leadership and followership, and trust. The development of teacher teamwork in schools in the digital era should therefore emphasize strengthening teachers' digital competencies, fostering a learning organization culture, encouraging personnel participation, and effectively applying digital technologies in educational administration and collaborative teaching and learning. Such development will contribute to enhancing the quality of school administration, promoting teachers' professional development, fostering educational innovation, and improving student learning outcomes in accordance with the demands of 21st-century education.
