Abstract

The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the level of digital leadership among school administrators in the Wang Burapha School Network the Sa Kaeo Secondary Educational Service Area Office, as perceived by teachers, and 2) compare teachers’ opinions toward digital leadership classified by gender, highest educational level, and work experience in schools. The sample consisted of 202 teachers selected from a population of 423 using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and proportional stratified random sampling. The instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.948. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The findings revealed that: 1) the overall digital leadership of school administrators was at a high level. All aspects were also at a high level, ranked from highest to lowest mean as follows: communication, collaboration, innovation, digital vision, and digital knowledge; 2) teachers with different genders did not differ in their overall opinions, while differences were found in communication, with female teachers reporting higher mean scores than male teachers; 3) teachers with different highest educational levels differed in their overall opinions, with those holding higher than a bachelor’s degree reporting higher mean scores than those holding a bachelor’s degree; and 4) teachers with different work experience in schools did not differ in their opinions, both overall and in each aspect.
