Responsibility and honesty obtained the highest and very close mean scores, followed by trust, respect, and fairness, respectively; 2) teachers of different genders did not differ in their opinions toward the ethical leadership of school administrators; 3) teachers with different highest educational levels had statistically significant differences in their opinions toward the ethical leadership of school administrators at the .05 level, both overall and in each aspect. The differences mainly occurred between the bachelor’s degree group and the master’s degree group; and 4) teachers with different work experience in schools did not differ in their opinions toward the ethical leadership of school administrators.
