Abstract

The purpose of this study was to design a conceptual framework for developing a Web-Based Constructivist Learning Environment using AI-Based learning to enhance creativity in robot design for Grade 11 students. This represents Phase 1 of a developmental research project. The integration of learning technologies focuses on two core AI functionalities: 1) Generative AI, acting as an ideation co-creator to stimulate students' creative thinking and robot design concepts, and 2) Adaptive/Analytical AI, serving to monitor and analyze individual creative behaviors while providing proactive, personalized feedback. The synthesized framework consists of 7 systematic components: 1) Problem Base, 2) Learning Resources, 3) Collaboration Center, 4) Creativity Enhancement Center, 5) Cognitive Tools, 6) Scaffolding Base, and 7) Expert Consultation. Evaluation and synthesis of these components demonstrate a holistic environment where AI plays a pivotal role in both stimulating and assessing diverse dimensions of creativity. These findings provide a validated roadmap for constructing a functional prototype in the next phase of the study.
