Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the levels of technology acceptance factors and the level of acceptance regarding the use of an inventory management application at KHA PLUS Co., Ltd. This study employed quantitative research methodology. The sample group consisted of 158 employees of KHA PLUS Co., Ltd. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results indicated that, overall, the respondents reported the highest level of technology acceptance. When considered by dimension, behavioral intention to use and perceived usefulness were rated at the highest level, while perceived ease of use and attitude toward use were rated at a high level.
