Abstract

This study aimed to examine organizational commitment and perceived organizational support influencing employees’ innovative work behavior in industrial factories in Samut Prakan Province. A questionnaire was used as the data collection instrument, with a sample of 290 respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, as well as multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that: (1) organizational commitment significantly influenced employees’ innovative work behavior at the 0.05 level, with the affective dimension having the strongest influence, followed by normative and continuance commitment, explaining 58.9% of the variance; and (2) perceived organizational support also significantly influenced innovative work behavior at the 0.05 level, with supervisor support having the greatest impact, followed by rewards and working conditions, and organizational justice, explaining 39.8% of the variance.
