The Quality of Work Life (QWL) of government teachers is a crucial factor influencing instructional effectiveness and learner development in alignment with contemporary educational goals. However, in the context of rapid changes in society, technology, and education policies that emphasize quality-oriented outcomes, teachers face diverse workloads, resource limitations, working environment challenges, and internal administrative structures. These conditions may affect multiple dimensions of their QWL, particularly in Sai Noi District schools under the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, where variations in community context and institutional capacity exist. This quantitative study aimed to examine the factors affecting the Quality of Work Life of government teachers in Sai Noi District schools under the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Specifically, the study investigated organizational factors, environmental factors, and job responsibility factors, and analyzed their influence on teachers’ QWL. The sample consisted of 200 government teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire, and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that organizational factors, environmental factors, job responsibility factors, and overall QWL were all at the highest level. Organizational factors reflected the participatory role of school administrators, environmental factors indicated the appropriateness of the working environment, and job responsibility factors highlighted workplace safety. Furthermore, all three factors were positively correlated with teachers’ QWL at a statistically significant level of .01, with moderate correlation coefficients. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that environmental factors and job responsibility factors together explained 24.40% of the variance in QWL. Among these, environmental factors had the strongest influence (β = .336), followed by job responsibility factors (β = .233).
