Abstract

The purposes of this research were ; 1) to study the digital leadership of school administrators in the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 ; 2) to study the Strategic Performance Based Budget Management in Schools under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area office 3 ; and 3) to study the relationship between the digital leadership of school administrators and Strategic Performance-Based Budget Management in Schools under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area office 3. The sample consisted of 140 participants, including school administrators and heads of budget administration divisions, determined used by Krejcie & Morgan sample size. The research instrument was a questionnaire on the relationship between the digital leadership of school administrators and school budget management in the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The statistics were Mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The research findings revealed that ; 1) the level of digital leadership of school administrators under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 in overall was at the hight level ; 2) the level of  Strategic Performance Based Budget Management in Schools under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area office 3 in overall was at the hight level ; and 3) the relationship between the digital leadership of school administrators and Strategic Performance-Based Budget Management in Schools under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area office 3 was at the high level, with statistical significance at the .01 level.
