Abstract

The objectives of this research were to: 1) the level the Internal Supervision of school administrators in the Dvaravati school group under the Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office; 2) propose guidelines for developing the internal supervision of school administrators in the Dvaravati school group under the Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office. The respondents were school administrators and teachers total 205 persons. The research instruments were questionnaires and semi-structured questionnaires for in-depth interviews. The statistic used for analyzing were the percentage, mean, standard deviation. For the qualitative research, the content analysis was conducted using in-depth interviews with 5 experts in educational administration, school administration, and educational supervision.  The research found that 1) The level of the level the Internal Supervision of school administrators in the Dvaravati school group under the Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level in all aspects. 2) Guidelines for developing the internal supervision of school administrators in the Dvaravati school group under the Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office, consist of five key approaches; (1) Supervision Planning, which emphasizes the use of comprehensive and up-to-date information to determine the direction of supervision; (2) Supervision Planning, which focuses on clearly defining goals, key issues, and supervision activities through participatory processes; (3) Creation of Supervision Instruments, which aims to develop high-quality instruments aligned with educational standards and the school context; (4) Supervision operations, which emphasizes practical operations, coaching, consultation, and continuous support for teachers; and (5) Supervision Evaluation, which focuses on using evaluation results for continuous and sustainable improvement of the supervision process.
