FACTORS INFLUENCING E-LEARNING BEHAVIOR AMONG HUMAN RESOURCES PERSONNEL: A CASE STUDY OF KASIKORN BANK

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the factors influencing e-learning behavior among Human Resources (HR) personnel at Kasikornbank. The sample consisted of 142 HR employees, selected through simple random sampling based on Yamane’s formula. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been validated for content accuracy and demonstrated acceptable reliability with a Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.782. The findings revealed that Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEU), Attitude toward E-Learning (ATT), and Organizational Support (OS) were all positively and significantly correlated with e-learning behavior at the .01 level. Among these variables, ATT showed the strongest correlation (r = .695), indicating that learners’ attitudes serve as a key driver of e-learning engagement among HR personnel. The results suggest that organizations should foster a supportive learning environment, enhance user experience, and establish systematic support policies to strengthen employee participation in e-learning initiatives.
