THE FACTORS INFLUENCING THE PERCEIVED USEFULNESS TO USE THE BAAC MOBILE APPLICATION AMONG CUSTOMERS OF THE BANK FOR AGRICULTURE AND AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVES IN TAK PROVINCE
Abstract
This study aimed to examine the impact of digital technology competency, quality of work life and organizational commitment affecting the debt collection performance of employees of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), Lower Northern Thailand. Data collection was done using an online questionnaire, with a sample size of 367 people. The sampling group was determined using Yamane's principles. The statistics used for data analysis included descriptive statistics by finding the mean, standard deviation, frequency distribution and inferential statistics by using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research found that digital technology competence, quality of work life, organizational commitment, and overall debt collection performance had the highest levels of opinions and the independent variables affecting the efficiency of debt collection operations include: 1) Organizational commitment affects debt collection performance and 2) Quality of work life affects debt collection performance Thai chili paste products at a significance level of .05.
