Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the technology leadership of school administrators, and
2) compare the technology leadership of school administrators under Chonburi Rayong Secondary Educational Service Area Office, categorized by gender, educational level, work experience, and school size. The sample group consisted of 354 participants, including school administrators and teachers. The research instrument was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire with content validity (IOC) values of 0.50 or higher, and a reliability coefficient of .95. Statistical methods used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The research findings revealed that: 1) The overall level of technology leadership among school administrators was high. When ranking the average scores from highest to lowest, the aspects were: use of technology in teaching and learning, having a technological vision, use of technology in assessment and evaluation, and ethics in technology use. 2) The comparison of technology leadership among school administrators classified by gender, educational level, and school size showed statistically significant differences at the .05 level. However, when classified by work experience, the differences were not statistically significant.
