The objective of this research were to 1) explore the development of a digital platform to promote tourism and provide services for Muslim travelers and 2) evaluate a digital platform performance and user satisfaction. A mixed methods research design was employed. The study involved two main sample groups in the initial stage: (1) 30 Muslim tourists and (2) 20 Muslim business operators. Informal interviews were conducted to identify problems and design guidelines for platform development. After the platform was developed, its performance and user satisfaction were evaluated by (1) 10 experts in digital technology and businesses, and (2) 206 general users. Research instruments included interview protocols and online questionnaires, which were validated for content and reliability. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including mean and standard deviation. The platform was developed based on the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using tools such as React Native, Node.js, and Firebase. After implementation, the expert evaluations indicated high levels of performance (= 3.92), content quality (= 3.96), and system design ( = 4.22). Similarly, evaluations from general users showed high scores in performance and usability (= 3.91), content quality (= 4.14), and system design (= 4.18)
