EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP LEVELS OF GRADUATE STUDENTS
Abstract
The research titled "Educational Leadership Levels of Graduate Students" aims to investigate the educational leadership levels of graduate students. The population and sample consisted of a total of 149 graduate students enrolled in the second semester of the 2024 academic year in an international program at a private university. A questionnaire was used as the research instrument to assess the educational leadership levels of the students. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including the mean and standard deviation. The results showed that students' perspectives about Educational Leadership Levels of Graduate Students are Vision had a high level ( = 3.82, S.D. = 0.909), with the most prominent sub-characteristic being the ability to build and maintain good relationships. Management also showed a high level ( = 3.76, S.D. = 0.985), with coordination and communication being the most selected sub-characteristic ( = 3.81, S.D. = 0.968). Staff Development was at a high level ( = 3.60, S.D. = 1.009), with training and skill development being the most selected sub-characteristic ( = 3.68, S.D. = 0.917) and Participation demonstrated a high level ( = 3.74, S.D. = 0.976), with the most notable sub-characteristic being coordination and support for collaboration ( = 3.81, S.D. = 0.933) and all of the above information means that there are many levels of leadership.
