THE POTENTIAL TO WORK FILING AND SENDING CORRESPONDENCE AND DOCUMENTS SYSTEM BY ELECTRONIC (e-Filing) OF PERSONNEL IN CIVIL COURT
Abstract
The research aimed to study: 1) study the operational potential level of the electronic filing and submission system (e-Filing) among Civil Court personnel; 2) compare opinions on the efficiency of the electronic filing and submission system (e-Filing) among Civil Court personnel and determine whether they differ when classified by personal factors; and 3) examine problems or obstacles related to the efficiency of the electronic filing and submission system (e-Filing) among Civil Court personnel, classified by personal factors. This quantitative research utilized a sample population of 185 Civil Court personnel. Questionnaires were employed as the data collection instrument. Data analysis was conducted using statistical methods including frequency, percentage, arithmetic means, and standard deviation. Hypothesis testing employed Independent Samples T-test and F-test (One-way ANOVA) at a significance level of 0.05.
