Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between factors influencing employee engagement at the Office of the Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Tourism and Sports. Specifically, it investigates the relationships involving organizational culture, leadership, and work-life balance. The findings reveal that the relationships among these three factors and employee engagement are moderately correlated and statistically significant at the 0.05 level. Based on the results, it is recommended that executives place emphasis on systematically analyzing the root causes of problems in each area. This will support the development of effective strategies to strengthen organizational management and clearly define policies that align with the actual work environment. Such alignment will help enhance the effectiveness of employees' performance. Ultimately, this will empower personnel to develop themselves, improve their work, and drive the organization forward comprehensively and productively. The goal is to achieve the organization’s objectives in a tangible and sustainable manner over the long term.
