Abstract

This research aimed to study the personal and organizational culture factors that influence the work performance efficiency of personnel at the Office of the President of the Supreme Administrative Court and the Office of the Administrative Court. The findings revealed that: 1) Differences in personal factors did not affect the work performance efficiency of the personnel; and 2) Organizational culture factors, namely individual initiative and organizational control, significantly influenced work performance efficiency at the 0.05 statistical level. This study employed a quantitative research methodology, using a survey research design with a population of 270 individuals. A purposive sampling method was used to select the sample group. The sample size was determined using the Krajcie and Morgan (1970) table, resulting in a sample size of 159 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Both primary and secondary data were collected. Data were analyzed using a statistical software package (SPSS). The study employed both descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.
