BUSINESS PLAN: KHAMPHOL VENTILATION SYSTEM SERVICES
Abstract
In recent years, the demand for efficient ventilation and cooling systems has steadily increased, particularly in industrial sectors and large-scale construction projects. This trend highlights significant business opportunities. The objective of this study is to assess the feasibility of operating “Kamphon Ventilation System Services,” an independent contractor specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of ventilation systems. The company also provides customized duct and stainless-steel pipe installation services. Its primary target customers include government agencies, private companies, and industrial estates nationwide. The study employs strategic business analysis tools such as PESTEL analysis, Porter’s Five Forces, and SWOT analysis, along with financial analysis. The findings indicate that an initial investment of 9,000,000 baht is required, covering equipment, tools, and skilled labor costs. The investment is projected to be recovered within 1 year, 11 months, and 19 days. The Net Present Value (NPV) is 10,137,121.17 baht, and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 107%, suggesting that the business is economically viable and has strong potential for sustainable growth.
