Abstract

The objective of this research was to study factors influencing the work performance of healthcare staff in Songkhla Province, focusing on community hospitals. The key factors examined included the work environment, motivation, and supervisory management. A sample of 153 healthcare personnel was drawn from a total population of 248 using stratified sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.94 and analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the work environment, motivation, and supervisory management had a statistically significant positive effect on work performance at the 0.05 level, jointly explaining 66.7% of the variance in performance. The study recommends that healthcare organizations foster a supportive work environment, enhance employee motivation, and strengthen leadership among supervisors to improve staff performance and achieve public health goals more effectively.
