PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ADMINISTRATORS UNDER SAKAEO PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the level of personnel management among school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Sakaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Additionally, it sought to compare personnel management practices based on variables such as gender, educational attainment, work experience, and school size. The findings revealed that, overall, the personnel management practices of these administrators were rated at a high level across all assessed dimensions. When analyzing differences in personnel management based on gender and work experience, statistically significant differences were observed at the 0.05 level. However, no significant differences were found when comparing personnel management practices across different educational levels and school sizes.
