DIGITAL SKILLS FACTORS AFFECTING THE PERFORMANCE OF PERSONEL AT BANG SRI MUANG SUBDISTRICT MUNICIPALITY OFFICE NONTHABUR PROVINCE

Abstract

This Article aimed to study 1) level of digital skill factors and the level of work performance of personnel at Bang Sri Muang Subdistrict Municipality Office, Nonthaburi Province. 2) The influence of digital skill factors on the work performance of personnel at Bang Sri Muang Subdistrict Municipality Office, Nonthaburi Province. this is survey research, the research instrument is questionnaire, the population used in study personnel currently working at Bang Sri Muang Subdistrict Municipality Office used simple random sampling method by drawing lots, totaling 103 people, the statistics used for data analysis are mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient analysis, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing, the research results found that 1) factor Level digital skills, Bang Sri Muang Subdistrict Municipality Office, Nonthaburi Province, overall at a high level; 2) efficiency level performance of personnel of Bang Sri Muang Subdistrict Municipality Office, Nonthaburi Province, overall, it is at a high level and 3) The influence of digital skill factors on the performance of personnel at Bang Sri Mueang Subdistrict Municipality Office, Nonthaburi Province, found that overall, the influence was at a very high level (r_xy = .950). Results of the multiple regression analysis method can jointly predict the performance of personnel at Bang Sri Mueang Subdistrict Municipality Office with a predictive power of R² = .903 or 90.30 percent. Results of the hypothesis testing of digital skill factors found that they influenced the performance of personnel at Bang Sri Mueang Subdistrict Municipality Office, Nonthaburi Province of positive with statistically significant .01
