THE CONDITIONS AND GUIDELINES OF PROMOTING TEACHING AND LEARNING MANAGEMENT USING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY BY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER BURIRAM PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 4
Abstract
This research aimed to: 1) study the conditions of promoting teaching and learning management using digital technology by school administrators under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, 2) compare teachers’ opinions regarding this promotion based on work experience and school size, and 3) identify guidelines for promoting digital technology integration in teaching and learning. The sample included teachers under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. Data were analyzed using statistical methods including mean, standard deviation, and comparative analysis. The results revealed that: 1) The overall conditions of promoting digital technology in teaching and learning were at a high level, both overall and in each aspect. 2) Teachers’ opinions, when classified by work experience and school size, showed no significant differences overall or by aspect. 3) The proposed guidelines for effective promotion include: (1) Instructional Design – school administrators should organize collaborative meetings to establish policies encouraging digital media use in teaching, (2) Information and Communication Technology – administrators should support digital tools and provide training at least once per semester, (3) Instructional Media – administrators should encourage and monitor the integration of digital technology into classroom practices, and (4) Assessment and Evaluation – administrators should develop digital-based assessment systems and present student learning outcomes through online formats. These findings highlight the importance of administrative support in enhancing digital technology use in education and provide practical guidelines for school leaders.
