Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the level of application of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP) in management, 2) to study the success level of the Learning Promotion Center, and 3) to examine the relationship between the application of SEP in management and the center’s success among educational personnel in a specific organization. The sample group consisted of 385 educational personnel, selected using Taro Yamane’s sample size table. Data was collected using a questionnaire, and analyzed with mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The research results revealed that: 1) The overall application of SEP in management was at a high level. Considering specific aspects, the highest was the "three rings" principle, followed by the "two conditions." 2) The overall success of the Learning Promotion Center was also at a high level. By aspect, the highest was the quality of service for informal education learners, followed by management quality in informal education, and then institutional management quality. 3) The relationship analysis using multiple regression showed a correlation value of 0.900, with SEP application explaining 90.00% of the variation in the center’s success (R² = 0.911), statistically significant at the 0.01 level. The hypothesis testing confirmed a statistically significant relationship at the 0.01 level between the application of SEP in management and the success of the Learning Promotion Center.
