Abstract

This study examines the factors influencing investment behavior in the provident fund of employees at the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, focusing on personal factors, financial skills, motivation, and economic conditions. The researcher collected data through questionnaires from a sample of 400 respondents. Most respondents were aged between 35 and 44, had an average income of 30,001-45,000 THB, and possessed relatively high financial skills. Descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation analysis, and logistic regression were utilized to test the hypotheses. The findings revealed that gender, financial skills, and economic conditions significantly influenced investment behavior in changing investment plans at the 0.05 significance level. Additionally, age, financial skills, and economic conditions significantly affected investment behavior in adjusting contribution rates to the provident fund at the same significance level.
