THE ACCEPTANCE OF MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM INNOVATION OF THE OFFICE OF THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION COMMISSION
Abstract
The objective of this research was to study the acceptance of management information system innovation among personnel and compare the acceptance of these personal categorized by personal factors. This is quantitative research that collected data from 318 participants in the central of the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, using simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test and f-test used for hypothesis testing. The results of the research revealed that: 1) the acceptance of management information system innovation was at a high level 2) There were no significant differences in the acceptance of management information system innovation among personnel with different personal factors such as gender and age. However, personnel with different levels of education and work experience showed significant differences in their acceptance of management information system innovation.
