CONSUMER SATISFACTION TOWARDS A PROTOTYPE OF ASSORTED VEGETABLE DUMPLINGS

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the levels of consumer satisfaction towards the innovative prototype of Assorted Vegetable Dumplings. The sample groups were 40 of consumers who the customer of the vegetarian restaurant "Orite" in Bangkok. The research instruments for data collection which questionnaires. In the data analysis part, used means and standard deviation to interpret data. The result of research also found that consumers were satisfied with the innovative prototypes of Assorted Vegetable Dumplings at the most level ("X" ̅ = 4.24, S.D. = 0.59). When considering each point, it was found that satisfied consumers in terms of texture, which had thin, fine, soft and not mushy dough sheets, juicy, soft and firm vegetable filling, salty taste, bitterness of vegetables, aroma of sesame oil and color at the highest level. As for taste, sweetness and size, they were highly satisfied.
