Abstract

This research is a systematic literature review with the aim of proposing laws, regulations, and requirements related to the preparation of fire risk management plans. Focus on the household industrial sector, transportation sector, and agricultural sector that uses, stores, and sells crude oil, natural gas, and electricity as fuels that comply with all relevant laws and regulations. There is preparation and preparation of fire plans along with the use of occupational health and safety principles (3E), combining new management concepts and techniques such as the safety barrier concept (The bow-tie method) and elements of triangle of fire. Increase the efficiency of preparedness in dealing with a fire emergency situation and affect the chance of a severe fire incident being rare. If it does occur, the impact and loss will be within a limited area.
