THE COMPARISON OF WORK PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY OF PERSONNEL WITH DIGITAL LEARNING SKILLS: A CASE STUDY OF BBB INSTITUTE

Abstract

This research is aim to compare the performance efficiency of personnel at BBB institution classified by personal characteristics. This research is a quantitative study, and the sample group used in this study was of 260 personnel from BBB institution and using a multi-stage random sampling technique. The data collected from questionnaires and data analysis were using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation and One way Analysis of variance: One Way ANOVA. The results found that BBB institution in Bangkok that are gender, age, work position and education level. The efficiency of personnel categorized by personal characteristics is not different.
