Abstract

This research aims to examine the digital literacy skills that affect their overall work performance. The findings revealed that Digital literacy skills that influence the work performance of personnel at BBB. The result showed that the factors of digital literacy skills, affecting the efficiency of the personnel of BBB institution reveal that they can be predicted with an accuracy of 79.4%. Testing the independent variables that influence the dependent variable, it was found that the most influential factor is job performance, followed by communication with colleagues, awareness of culture and society, creativity, data security, information search and retrieval, and digital information analysis and evaluation. However, the cooperation was no effect on the efficiency of the personnel at BBB institution.
