PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF BEAUTY CLINIC BUSINESS THAT AFFECTS CONFIDENCE AND TRUST OF SERVICE USERS
Abstract
This research aimed to study the level of personnel development, and to study the data of service users and personnel development that affected the confidence and trust in employees in the beauty clinic business. The results of the study found that 1) different personal factors did not affect the confidence and trust in different beauty clinic service users. 2) personnel development in terms of work characteristics, work skills and work potential affected the confidence and trust in receiving services in the beauty clinic business of service users, in terms of quality and service, with statistical significance at the .05 level.
