USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGY TO PROMOTE AUTOMATED CONSULTATION WITH THE FOREST INDUSTRY ORGANIZATION'S INTERNAL AUDIT DEPARTMENT
Abstract
The use of artificial intelligence technology as part of an automatic consulting service in the internal audit department of the Forest Industry Organization. This research aims to design and develop a web application by incorporating AI technology to enhance automatic consulting services and to evaluate its usage efficiency. The research methodology includes the process of designing and developing the web application, as well as assessing its performance. The target group consists of 15 internal audit experts. The research findings show that 1) The web application development utilizing AI technology was done using ChatGPT in conjunction with NodeJS programming and MongoDB for database storage. The web application's architecture includes receiving messages from users, processing messages through the chatbot’s learning, and sending response messages back to users. 2) The evaluation results of AI technology usage to enhance automatic consulting services overall were at the highest level. The content aspect had the highest average, followed by design, while the usage aspect had the lowest average.
