Abstract
The purpose of this research is to 1) study the level of application of good governance principles by educational institution administrators, 2) study the level of work efficiency, and 3) study the relationship between the application of good governance principles by educational institution administrators and work efficiency. Teachers in the next era of life Nong Khai Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The sample group used in this research was 306 educational personnel. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were: Frequency breakdown Finding percentages, means, and standard deviations by analyzing the Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the study found that 1) Application of good governance principles by school administrators for teachers in the next lifestyle era. Nong Khai Secondary Educational Service Area Office, overall, is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that number 1 was the principle of participation, followed by the rule of law, and the last one is the principle of transparency, respectively 2) Work efficiency of teachers in the next life era Overall Nong Khai Secondary Educational Service Area Office The average is moderate. When considering each aspect, it is found that number 1 is promoting and developing skills in using digital technology. Second is promoting and developing knowledge. Understanding of education law Promote and develop to be a guide Recommend and give advice And the last ranking is Promote and develop through online learning programs, respectively.3) Relationship of the application of good governance principles by school administrators to the work efficiency of teachers in the next era of life. Nong Khai Secondary Educational Service Area Office in the same direction with statistical significance at the 0.000 level.
