Abstract

The purpose of this research is to 1) study the level of educational management, 2) study the level of participation, and 3) study the relationship of educational management with participation in the administration of educational personnel. Department of Local Administration Promotion Ministry of Interior. The sample group used in this research was 385 educational personnel. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were: Frequency breakdown Finding percentages, averages, standard deviations and analysis of the Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the study found that the overall educational management was at a high level. When classified by aspect, it was found that the number 1 factor was environmental factors, followed by community factors. And the last ranking is Factors related to educational institutions 2) Overall participation is at a high level. When classified into each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. The aspect that is at a high level, ranked number 1, is the evaluation aspect of teaching and learning, followed by the aspect of the curriculum, and the aspect of teaching and learning activities. And the last ranking is the development of teaching media. 3) Relationship of educational provision and participation in administration It was found that there was a relationship in the same direction with statistical significance at the 0.000 level. The results of the analysis of the relationship between educational management and participation in administration using the multiple regression method. The correlation coefficient is equal to 0.910 and can explain the variations in educational provision and participation in administration. Statistically significant at the 0.01 level was 82.80 percent (R2 = 0.828) and the results of the hypothesis testing of educational management and participation in the administration of educational personnel.
