Abstract

The purpose of this research is to 1) Study the level of systematic administration 2) Study the level of teacher competency development and 3) The relationship of systematic administration with the development of teacher competency of educational personnel. Special Education Center. The sample group used in this research was 385 educational personnel. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were: Frequency breakdown Finding percentages, averages, standard deviations and peer correlation coefficient analysis. The results of the study found that 1) overall systematic management at a high level When considering each area, it was found that the number 1 position was the input side, followed by the process side, the output side, and the last place was the output side, respectively 2) Teacher competency development Overall, the average is at a moderate level. When considering each area, it was found that number 1 was the area of special education, followed by the area of screening and evaluating the abilities of children with special needs. And the last ranking is in terms of building networks and teams in organizing special education, respectively 3) Relationship of systematic administration to teacher competency development Using the multiple regression method, it was found that the input factors Process side, output side, and results side gave a multiple correlation coefficient (R) equal to 0.910.and can explain the variation in systematic administration and teacher competency development with statistical significance at the 0.01 level at 82.80 percent (R2 = 0.828) and the results of the hypothesis test. All assumptions were found to be consistent. Statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
