ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION AND STUDENT QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL SUPHANBURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2
Abstract
This research Its purpose is to 1) study the level of academic administration 2) study the quality level of learners 3) Study the relationship between academic administration and learner quality of educational personnel in the Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2. Sample group in this study, there were 385 educational personnel. The instrument used was a questionnaire, data analysis Finding percentages, averages, and standard deviations and find relationships by Pearsion’s product correlation coefficient. The research results found that 1) The overall academic administration was at a moderate level. When classified by aspects, it was found that the first place was in the aspect of curriculum development of educational institutions, followed by the aspect of evaluation and comparison of the transfer of academic results. And the last place is Development of quality assurance systems within educational institutions 2) The quality of learners is at a high level. When considering each item, it was found that the first place was in terms of students having good health and aesthetics, followed by students having morality, ethics and desirable values. And lastly, the students have the ability to think systematically and creatively. Make decisions and solve problems in a sensible and reasonable manner. 3) The relationship between academic administration and student quality of educational personnel in the Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, overall, has a positive relationship at a moderate level. Statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
